Car
If you're driving from the Jersey Shore area, first make your way to Route 37. From the beach towns, head west on Route 37. Once you reach Toms River, continue straight until you can merge onto Route 166 North. After approximately 2 miles, take the exit for College Drive. At the stoplight, turn left onto College Drive. The Robert J. Novins Planetarium will be on your left at Ocean County College, 1 College Dr, Toms River, NJ 08754. There is parking available at the college.

Public Transportation
To reach the Robert J. Novins Planetarium via public transportation, you can take NJ Transit bus #137 or #133 from various points along the Jersey Shore. Ensure you board a bus heading toward Toms River. Once you arrive at the Toms River Park and Ride, you will need to take a local taxi or rideshare service to Ocean County College, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your ride.

Walking from Local Transit Stop
If you arrive at the Toms River Park and Ride, you can also walk to the planetarium. From the Park and Ride, head east on Route 37 for about half a mile until you reach College Drive. Turn left onto College Drive, and continue walking for about 1 mile. The planetarium will be on your right at Ocean County College, 1 College Dr, Toms River, NJ 08754. Be aware that this walk might take around 20-25 minutes.
