If you're driving from northern New Jersey, take the Garden State Parkway southbound. Stay on the Parkway until you reach Exit 74 for Lacey Road. After exiting, turn left onto Lacey Road. Continue on Lacey Road until it intersects with Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9 and follow it south for about 3 miles. Then, turn left onto Humane Way. Popcorn Park Animal Refuge will be on your left at 1 Humane Way, Forked River, NJ 08731. There is free parking available on-site.
