Public Bus
From Paterson, walk to the nearest bus stop for NJ Transit buses 160 or 163. Board the bus heading towards New York. The bus will take you along Route 4 towards East Rutherford. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'American Dream' stop. From there, walk towards 1 American Dream Way, which should be a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of the TiLT Museum.
Train and Bus
Walk to the Paterson Train Station and take a NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction and catch a train heading towards the Meadowlands. Disembark at the Secaucus Junction and switch to the NJ Transit bus 355 towards American Dream. Get off at the 'American Dream' stop and walk approximately 5 minutes to 1 American Dream Way to reach the TiLT Museum.
Walking
If you're near the downtown area of Paterson, you can also opt for a long walk to East Rutherford. Head south on Main Street towards Broadway, then continue straight to Route 20. Follow Route 20 until you reach the American Dream complex. This will take approximately 2 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
