Getting There

  • Bus

    From downtown Paterson, head to the bus terminal located at 111 Broadway. Take the NJ Transit bus #190 toward New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 41st St and 8th Ave in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the Metro North Railroad at Grand Central Terminal. Board the Metro North train heading to the Bronx and get off at the Yankees-E 153rd St station, which is a short walk from Yankee Stadium.

    Walk to the Paterson train station located at 1 Market St. Take the NJ Transit train on the Main/Bergen County Line toward Hoboken. After about 30 minutes, transfer at Secaucus Junction to the train heading to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, take the Metro North train towards the Bronx and get off at the Yankees-E 153rd St station. From there, it’s a short walk to Yankee Stadium.

    If you are near downtown Paterson, you can walk to the Paterson Train Station, located at 1 Market St. From the station, take the Main/Bergen County Line train toward Hoboken, then transfer at Secaucus Junction as per the previous guidance. However, if you prefer to walk directly, it's about 5 miles to Yankee Stadium. You would head north along Broadway, then take a left at E 161st St and continue straight until you reach the stadium.
