Follow Route 517 until you reach the intersection with Route 46. Turn left onto Route 46 E, then right onto E Main St. Continue onto High St and follow the signs for Stephens State Park. The park entrance is located at 1 E. Main St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Parking is available on-site, and there is no entrance fee.
