  • Bus

    From the center of Paterson, head to the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 125 Broadway. Take the NJ Transit bus number 164 towards Stony Point. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Stony Point, which is Battlefield Road. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes northeast on Battlefield Road until you reach the Stony Point Lighthouse at 46 Battlefield Rd.

  • Train and Bus

    From Paterson, walk to the Paterson Train Station located at 31 Market Street. Take a NJ Transit train on the Main/Bergen County Line towards Suffern. Disembark at the Suffern Station. From Suffern, transfer to the NJ Transit bus number 164 towards Stony Point. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Battlefield Road stop. Walk about 15 minutes northeast on Battlefield Road to reach the Stony Point Lighthouse at 46 Battlefield Rd.
