If you are starting from Trenton Train Station, exit the station and head south on South Clinton Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with East State Street. Turn left onto East State Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and eateries along the way. After crossing the intersection with North Olden Avenue, continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Cadwalader Park, which is located at 36 Parkside, Trenton, NJ 08618. The park will be on your left.

From the Trenton Train Station, walk to the nearest bus stop located on South Clinton Avenue. Take NJ Transit Bus #601 towards 'Bordentown'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop at East State Street and North Olden Avenue. From there, walk east on East State Street for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Parkside Avenue, and you will see the entrance to Cadwalader Park on your left at 36 Parkside.
