Walking
From the center of Wildwood, head east on Atlantic Avenue towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the boardwalk. Once you are on the boardwalk, walk north until you reach the end of Wildwood Crest. From there, continue walking until you reach the end of the boardwalk and the intersection with New Jersey Avenue. Turn left onto New Jersey Avenue and follow it north. This will lead you to the intersection with Dewey Beach, Delaware. The journey is about 2.5 miles and should take around 50 minutes on foot.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Wildwood. Begin your ride on Atlantic Avenue heading east towards the beach. Once you reach the boardwalk, you can ride along the boardwalk heading north. After the boardwalk ends, take New Jersey Avenue north directly towards Dewey Beach. The biking distance is approximately 2.5 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.
