Public Bus
From the Albuquerque city center, take the ABQ Ride Bus Route 66 (Montgomery Blvd). Board the bus at the nearest stop. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 'Montgomery & Wyoming'. Transfer to Bus Route 155 (Atrisco), which will take you closer to Boca Negra Canyon. Get off the bus at the stop named 'Atrisco & Paseo del Norte'. From there, walk north on Atrisco Drive NW for about 0.5 miles. Boca Negra Canyon will be on your left side.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Albuquerque. Start at the Albuquerque BioPark and head west on Central Avenue. Continue cycling until you reach Coors Blvd. Turn right on Coors Blvd and then take a left on Paseo del Norte. Continue straight until you reach Atrisco Drive NW. Turn right on Atrisco Drive and bike for about 1.5 miles until you reach Boca Negra Canyon on your left.
