From the center of High Plains, head southeast on NM-206 E (also known as US-70 E). Continue for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with NM-467. Turn left onto NM-467 N and follow it for about 5 miles. You will see signs for Oasis State Park. Turn right onto Base Line Road, and the entrance to Oasis State Park will be on your left after about 1 mile. Note: There may be a small entrance fee for the park.
