If you're traveling by car from Santa Fe National Forest, start by heading south on NM-285 S. Continue on NM-285 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach Santa Fe. Upon entering Santa Fe, follow signs for Cerrillos Road. Turn left onto Cerrillos Road (NM-14) and continue for about 4 miles. Santa Fe Railyard Park will be on your left at 740 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505. There is typically free parking available nearby, but be mindful of any time restrictions.

If you prefer public transportation, you can use the Santa Fe Trails Bus Service. From various locations in or around Santa Fe National Forest, make your way to a bus stop that services the Santa Fe Trails routes. You will need to catch Route 2 or Route 4, which head towards downtown Santa Fe. Get off at the 'Cerrillos & Osage' stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.3 miles) to Santa Fe Railyard Park. Follow Cerrillos Road south until you reach the park entrance at 740 Cerrillos Rd. Be sure to check the Santa Fe Trails website for the current bus schedule and fare information.
