If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Santa Fe, NM. From any location in Southeast New Mexico, take I-25 North. Depending on your starting point, this could involve taking US-70 or US-82 to connect to I-25. Continue on I-25 until you reach the Santa Fe exit. Take exit 284A for St. Francis Dr and follow the signs for Old Las Vegas Hwy. Turn left onto Old Las Vegas Hwy, and you will find the Official scenic historic marker at the address: Old Las Vegas Hwy, Santa Fe, NM 87505. There is no fee for parking near the marker, as it is located along the highway.
