Walking
If you are starting from downtown Albany, head south on State Street toward the South Mall Arterial. Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles (5-7 minutes). You will pass the Albany City Hall on your left. Once you reach the intersection with the South Mall Arterial, turn left and walk about 0.1 miles (2 minutes) until you see the Erastus Corning II Tower on your right at 100 S Mall Arterial.
Public Transportation
To reach the Erastus Corning II Tower using public transportation, find the nearest CDTA (Capital District Transportation Authority) bus stop. Board any bus heading toward the South Mall Arterial area, such as Route 1 or 11. Get off at the 'Empire State Plaza' stop. The tower is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head southeast on S Mall Arterial, and you will see the tower ahead on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike share stations. Start by heading toward the Hudson River Greenway. Follow the bike path south along the river until you reach the South Mall Arterial. Turn right on the South Mall Arterial and continue for about 0.5 miles. The Erastus Corning II Tower will be on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
