Car
If you are driving, head towards Manhattan. Use the George Washington Bridge if you are coming from New Jersey. After crossing the bridge, take the exit for the Henry Hudson Parkway (NY-9A) southbound. Continue on the Henry Hudson Parkway until you reach the exit for 181st Street. Turn left onto 181st Street and then turn right onto 10th Avenue. Sherman Creek Park will be on your right at 10th Ave, New York, NY 10034. Parking may be limited, so look for street parking or nearby lots.
Public Transportation - Subway
Take the A train towards Inwood-207th Street from any station in Manhattan. Get off at the 207th Street station. From there, walk west on 207th Street until you reach 10th Avenue. Turn left on 10th Avenue, and you will find Sherman Creek Park along the waterfront. The park is approximately a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Ensure to check the MTA schedule for any service changes.
Public Transportation - Bus
You can take the M100 or M4 bus line towards the Inwood area. If taking the M100, get off at the 10th Avenue stop. If on the M4, you can transfer to the M100 at 207th Street. Once you get off the bus, head towards 10th Avenue, and you will find Sherman Creek Park just a short walk away. Make sure to have a MetroCard for the bus fare, which is $2.75.
Walking
If you are already nearby, you can walk to Sherman Creek Park. The park is located at 10th Avenue, and there is pedestrian access along the waterfront. Enjoy the views as you approach the park from either side along 10th Avenue. Make sure to check for any pedestrian signs and walk safely.
