Car

If you're traveling by car, head towards Brooklyn via the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278). Take Exit 27 for Flatbush Avenue towards NY-27, and merge onto Flatbush Avenue. Continue on Flatbush Avenue until you reach Clarendon Road. Turn right onto Clarendon Road, and The Wyckoff House Museum will be on your left at 5816 Clarendon Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11203. Public Transportation - Subway

Take the subway to Brooklyn. If you're starting from Manhattan, board the 2 or 5 train from any subway station heading toward Brooklyn. Get off at the Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College station.
