Walking
If you are starting from the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, exit onto Franklin Street and head south. Continue straight for three blocks until you reach the corner of Franklin and Court. Turn right onto Court Street and proceed west until you reach Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street, and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will see signs for Canalside as you approach, and you can turn left onto Prime Street, where Canalside is located at 44 Prime St.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Franklin St and Court St. Take the NFTA Metro Bus Route 4 (South Park) heading south. Ride for about 5 stops until you reach the stop at Main St & Court St. From there, walk north on Main Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn left on Prime Street to reach Canalside at 44 Prime St.
