From the Ithaca Commons, walk to the nearest bus stop at Seneca Street (the main bus terminal). Take the Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus number 32, which goes to Enfield. Make sure to check the TCAT schedule for the exact times. The bus will take you directly towards the park. Get off at the stop closest to Enfield Falls Road. From there, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Robert H. Treman State Park located at 105 Enfield Falls Rd.

If you're renting a bike in Ithaca, start from the downtown area and head northwest on West State Street. Continue onto North Meadow Street and take a left onto East Hill Plaza.
