From the Lake Placid Village, locate the public bus stop near the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. Board the bus heading towards the Cascade X-C Ski Center. The bus operates on a seasonal schedule, so check the current timetable. Ride until you reach the designated stop for Cascade X-C Ski Center, which is approximately 15-20 minutes away. Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to the ski center.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Lake Placid. Head out of the village along Main Street, which becomes Cascade Road. Continue straight on Cascade Road for about 3 miles. You'll see the Cascade X-C Ski Center on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws for safety.

For those who enjoy walking, start from the center of Lake Placid. Head south on Main Street, then turn right onto Mirror Lake Drive. Walk along the lake for about 1 mile until you reach the end. From there, continue onto Cascade Road. It is approximately a 1.5-mile walk along Cascade Road until you reach the Cascade X-C Ski Center, which will be on your left side. Be mindful of traffic along the road.
