From any location in Mohawk Valley, head towards NY-30S or NY-10S depending on your starting point. If you're in the city of Amsterdam, take NY-30S directly. For those in Cooperstown, take NY-80W to NY-30S. Once you reach the intersection with US-20, turn onto US-20E. Continue on US-20E until you see signs for Howe Caverns, then take the exit for NY-7W. Follow NY-7W for approximately 1 mile, and then turn left onto Discovery Dr. Howe Caverns will be at 255 Discovery Dr, Howes Cave, NY 12092. Parking is available on site, typically free of charge.
