Getting There

    From the Montauk train station, take the Suffolk County Transit Bus (Route 10) towards East Hampton. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Old Montauk Highway. This trip will take approximately 15 minutes. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-minute walk to Montauk Point State Park. Head southeast on Old Montauk Highway, and follow the signs leading to the park entrance.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Montauk. Start from the village center and head southeast on Montauk Highway (NY-27).
