Merge onto NY-12 S and continue straight for about 2 miles. Once you reach the downtown area, look for N Shore Drive, where Confluence Park is located. The park will be on your right at N Shore Dr, Binghamton, NY 13901. There is free parking available near the park.

    For those using public transportation, you can take the Broome County Transit bus system. From various locations in the Southern Tier, find the nearest bus stop for the BCT. Take the bus route that heads towards Binghamton and get off at the 'Binghamton Main Street' stop. From there, walk towards N Shore Drive, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head west on Main Street, turn right onto Washington Street, and then turn left onto N Shore Drive. Confluence Park will be a short walk down this road.
