If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto NY-17 W from your current location in Southern Tier. Follow NY-17 W for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 70S for NY-7 S toward Binghamton. Merge onto NY-7 S and continue for about 4 miles. Take the exit for US-11 S/NY-12 S, and continue on this road for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Otsiningo Park entrance, which is located at 1 Otsiningo Park, Binghamton, NY 13905. There is no parking fee at the park.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for Broome County Transit. You will want to take the Route 10 bus towards Binghamton. The bus will take you to the downtown area of Binghamton. From the downtown bus stop, you can transfer to Route 18, which will take you directly to Otsiningo Park. The total fare for the bus is approximately $1.50. Make sure to check the timings, as the frequency may vary.
