To reach Otter Creek Preserve via public transportation, take the local bus service (check the schedule for routes) that operates in Alexandria Bay. Depending on the bus route, you may need to transfer at the Alexandria Bay bus terminal. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to 23010 State Rte 26, and proceed on foot to the preserve entrance, which should be a short walk from the bus stop.
