    From the center of Thousand Islands, head southwest on NY-12E. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the exit for I-81 N towards Canada. Merge onto I-81 N and follow it for about 15 miles. Take exit 645 for ON-2 W toward Kingston. Merge onto ON-2 W and follow the signs for Kingston. Continue on ON-2 W for about 10 miles, then turn left onto University Ave. Queen's University will be on your right at 99 University Ave.
