Train
From White Plains Metro-North Station, take the Harlem Line train heading toward Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take about 33 minutes. Get off at the 34th Street-Hudson Yards station. Once you exit the station, walk east on W 34th St towards 7th Avenue for one block, then turn left onto 7th Avenue. Continue walking north for two blocks until you reach W 35th St. Turn right onto W 35th St, and you'll find Monarch Rooftop at 71 W 35th St on your left.
Bus
Locate the Westchester County Bee-Line Bus service. Take the BxM4C express bus from the White Plains Transit Center towards NYC. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the stop at 35th St & 7th Ave. From there, walk one block east on W 35th St, and you'll see Monarch Rooftop on your left at 71 W 35th St.

If you are near the White Plains downtown area, you can walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station. From the station, head south on Hamilton Ave, then take a left onto E 33rd St. Continue straight until you reach 7th Ave. Turn right onto 7th Ave and walk north until you reach W 35th St. Turn right onto W 35th St, and Monarch Rooftop will be on your left at 71 W 35th St.
