Getting There

• Train

  From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave. You can walk there from most central locations in Greenwich. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Railroad towards Grand Central Terminal in New York City. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Grand Central, follow the signs to the exit.

• Subway

  After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk towards 42nd Street and then head west to 6th Avenue. From there, you can take the subway. Board the B, D, F, or M train at the 42nd Street-Bryant Park station (located just west of Grand Central). Travel to the 34th Street-Herald Square station. Once you exit the subway, walk west along 34th Street until you reach 7th Avenue. From there, turn north and walk on 7th Avenue to W 35th Street.

• Walking

  Once you arrive at 34th Street-Herald Square, exit the station and walk west on 34th Street for about 2 blocks. Turn left onto 7th Avenue, and walk south for 1 block until you reach W 35th Street. Turn right and walk for about half a block; Monarch Rooftop will be on your right at 71 W 35th St.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take a bus from Grand Central, you can catch the MTA M42 bus, which runs along 42nd Street. Board the bus heading west and get off at the stop at 7th Avenue. From there, walk south on 7th Avenue to W 35th Street, turn right, and Monarch Rooftop will be on your right.
