Walking
If you are in downtown White Plains, start at the White Plains Metro North Train Station. Exit the station and head east on Main Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Mamaroneck Avenue. Turn right onto Mamaroneck Avenue and continue walking until you reach the bus terminal at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and Martine Avenue. From there, take a Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #1 towards Yonkers. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, then get off at the Bowery and Delancey Street stop in Manhattan. Once you disembark, walk east on Delancey Street for two blocks, then turn left onto Bowery. The New Museum will be on your right at 235 Bowery.
Bus
From any location in White Plains, make your way to the White Plains Metro North Train Station. There, take a Westchester County Bee-Line Bus #1 towards Yonkers. Remain on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the Bowery and Delancey Street stop in Manhattan, get off and walk east on Delancey Street for two blocks. Turn left onto Bowery; the New Museum will be located on your right at 235 Bowery.
Train
Start at the White Plains Metro North Train Station. Board a southbound train on the Harlem Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, transfer to the subway. Take the 4, 5, or 6 train from Grand Central to the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station. Exit the subway and walk east to Bowery. Turn right on Bowery and walk south for about 10 minutes; the New Museum will be on your left at 235 Bowery.
