Subway
From White Plains, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway and take the 4, 5, 6, or S train to the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station. From there, transfer to the 2 or 3 train towards New Lots Avenue and get off at the Bedford Avenue station in Williamsburg. Walk about 10 minutes east towards the Williamsburg Bridge; the entrance is located at 2 Williamsburg Bridge.
Bus
Catch the Bee-Line Bus #60 from the White Plains Bus Terminal to the Bronx Terminal Market. From there, transfer to the Bx6 bus, which will take you to the Brooklyn area. Get off at the Bedford Avenue stop and walk approximately 15 minutes towards the Williamsburg Bridge at 2 Williamsburg Bridge.
Walking
If you are located near downtown White Plains, you can walk to the White Plains Metro-North station, board a train towards Grand Central Terminal, and follow the subway directions above. Alternatively, if you are already familiar with the area, you can explore the local streets and neighborhoods until you reach the city outskirts and find transportation options towards Brooklyn.
