If you are near the downtown area of White Plains, you can walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station. Once at the station, board a train to Hoboken. After reaching Hoboken, walk to the PATH train station and take the train to Exchange Place. From Exchange Place, head towards the waterfront, and you will find the Colgate Clock within a 10-minute walk following the waterfront path.
