Public Transit
From White Plains, walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station located at 1 Railroad Avenue. Board a train on the Hudson Line heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and follow the signs to the subway. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 train towards downtown Manhattan. After a few stops, disembark at the Fulton Street station. Exit the station, and you will be in the Lower Manhattan area.
Walking
If you are starting from the downtown area of White Plains, locate Main Street and walk towards Mamaroneck Avenue. Continue south until you reach the White Plains Metro-North Station at 1 Railroad Avenue, where you can board the Metro-North train to Grand Central Terminal, as described above.
Bus
From White Plains, find the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. You can take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. This bus will take you directly to various stops in Manhattan, including near Lower Manhattan. Check the bus schedule for the next departure times. After arriving in Lower Manhattan, follow local signage to reach your final destination.
