Public Bus
From the White Plains TransCenter, take the Bee-Line Bus #60 towards the Bronx. Ride for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the 'Brooklyn Bridge City Hall' stop. From there, transfer to the subway at the City Hall Station. Take the 4 or 5 train towards the Bronx and get off at the 'Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall' station. Walk towards the Brooklyn Bridge and follow the signs to the Manhattan Bridge, which is a short walk away.
Train and Subway
Head to the White Plains Metro-North Station and take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about a 35-minute ride, arrive at Grand Central. From Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway and take the 4, 5, or 6 train downtown. Get off at the 'Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall' station. From there, walk towards the Manhattan Bridge, which is a short walk to the east.
Walking and Subway
If you are near the White Plains City Center, you can walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station. Once there, take the train to Grand Central Terminal. After arriving at Grand Central, take the 4, 5, or 6 subway line downtown. Disembark at the 'Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall' stop and walk towards the Manhattan Bridge, following signage towards the bridge.
