From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train heading south towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. Once you arrive, transfer to the subway. Take the 1 train (red line) downtown towards South Ferry. Get off at the Christopher Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Christopher Street until you reach Avenue B. Turn left on Avenue B and continue walking until you reach 108 Avenue B.

From Yonkers, locate the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line bus service. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 42nd Street and 2nd Avenue. From there, walk to the nearest subway station (42nd Street - Grand Central) and take the 6 train (green line) downtown towards Brooklyn Bridge. Get off at the Astor Place station. From Astor Place, walk east on Astor Place, then turn left onto Avenue B and continue until you reach 108 Avenue B.

If you are already in Yonkers and prefer to walk, start at the Yonkers Waterfront. Head south on Warburton Avenue towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking until you reach the Yonkers Metro-North station. From there, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you reach Grand Central, follow the subway directions mentioned above to get to Avenue B.
