Getting There

• Train

  From the Yonkers Train Station, board a Metro-North train on the Hudson Line headed towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Grand Central Terminal station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit.

• Subway

  After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk towards the 42nd Street and 6th Avenue subway station. Take the B, D, F, or M lines downtown and get off at the 34th Street - Herald Square station. From there, walk west along 34th Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left and walk south for about 0.5 miles until you reach 43rd Street. Turn right, and The Town Hall will be on your left at 123 West 43rd St.

• Bus

  From the Yonkers city center, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #3 towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop at 42nd Street and 9th Avenue. From there, walk east along 42nd Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn right and continue walking until you reach 43rd Street. The Town Hall will be on your left.

• Walking

  If you are near the Yonkers Riverfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Walk along the waterfront towards the Yonkers Train Station. Once there, you can take the Metro-North train as described earlier, or if you prefer to walk, take the Hudson River Greenway north to the George Washington Bridge, then follow the directions to the Town Hall via the subway or bus as needed.
