After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk towards the 42nd Street and 6th Avenue subway station. Take the B, D, F, or M lines downtown and get off at the 34th Street - Herald Square station. From there, walk west along 34th Street until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left and walk south for about 0.5 miles until you reach 43rd Street. Turn right, and The Town Hall will be on your left at 123 West 43rd St.
