Getting There

• Bus

  From Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Board the bus at the Yonkers Transit Center located at 1-7 New Main Street. Stay on the bus for about 25–30 minutes until you reach the stop at 125th Street and Broadway. From there, transfer to the M104 bus towards the West Side and get off at the stop at 3rd Street and 6th Avenue. Walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) south on 6th Avenue, then turn left onto West 3rd Street to reach Village Underground at 130 W 3rd St.

• Train

  Start at the Yonkers Metro-North train station, located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 42nd Street - Grand Central station. From Grand Central, walk to the nearby 42nd Street bus terminal and catch the M5 or M7 bus towards the West Side. Get off at the stop at 3rd Street and 6th Avenue. Walk west on 3rd Street for about 5 minutes to arrive at Village Underground at 130 W 3rd St.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous and wish to walk from the Yonkers Waterfront, head towards the Yonkers Metro-North train station and then walk east to the bus terminal. From there, take the Bee-Line bus #1 as mentioned previously to reach the M104 bus transfer point. Alternatively, you can walk along the Hudson River waterfront, which takes about 1.5 hours (approximately 3 miles), and enjoy the scenic views as you make your way south towards Manhattan.
