From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Harlem-125th Street station. Transfer to the B or C subway line towards Downtown Manhattan. Ride for several stops until you reach the 8th Avenue station. From there, transfer to the A or C subway line towards World Trade Center. Get off at the Chambers Street station, and walk east on Chambers Street toward Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street and walk south until you reach Liberty Street. The Sphere is located at 165 Liberty St, just a short walk from there.

From the Yonkers Downtown area, take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop at 242nd Street and Broadway. From there, transfer to the MTA Subway #1 train at the 242nd Street station towards South Ferry. Ride the train until you reach the Rector Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Rector Street until you reach Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street and walk south to Liberty Street. The Sphere is located at 165 Liberty St.

If you are already in Yonkers and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic walk along the Hudson River. Start at the waterfront park and follow the path south towards the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Once at the station, you can catch a train to Manhattan as described above. Alternatively, if you are near the downtown area, you can walk to the Yonkers Metro-North station directly and take the train to Manhattan.
