You will see a sign for the path leading to Bastion Point. Follow the path that goes up the hill. It is a well-marked trail and offers beautiful views of the bay. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.

    From Mission Bay, head to the nearest bus stop located on Tamaki Drive. Take the bus number 662 towards Orakei. The bus will take you along Tamaki Drive, and you will need to get off at the stop for Hapimana Street. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Bastion Point. The total travel time should be around 20 minutes, including waiting for the bus.

  • Biking

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Mission Bay. Ride along the waterfront path heading east, then follow the path that leads up the hill to Bastion Point.
