Getting There

• Bus

  From the Rotorua city center, head to the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Information Centre located at 1170 Fenton Street. Here, you can catch the local bus service. Look for the bus routes that head towards Ngongotaha. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Amoore Road.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can hail a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber from anywhere in Rotorua. Simply provide the driver with the address: 193 Amoore Road, RD2, Rotorua 3072. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

• Bicycle

  If you are feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Rotorua. Start from the city center and head towards Ngongotaha via the Ngongotaha Cycleway. Continue along the cycle path until you reach the intersection with Amoore Road. Turn left onto Amoore Road and follow it to reach Off Road NZ, which will be located on your left.

• Walking

  For those who prefer walking, it’s a considerable distance but possible. Start from the city center and walk along Fenton Street, head towards Ngongotaha. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with State Highway 5. Continue walking on State Highway 5 for about 3 kilometers until you reach Amoore Road. Turn left onto Amoore Road, and Off Road NZ will be located on your left.
