Bus
From the Rotorua Central Bus Station, board bus number 1 towards Ngongotaha. The bus runs every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Ngongotaha Village' stop. From there, walk south along the Ngongotaha Road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Amoore Road. Turn left onto Amoore Road and continue walking for another 5 minutes. Off Road NZ will be on your right at 193 Amoore Road.
Taxi/Rideshare
You can easily book a taxi or a rideshare service like Uber from anywhere in Rotorua. Simply input '193 Amoore Road, RD2, Rotorua 3072' as your destination. The ride typically takes around 15 minutes from the city center, depending on traffic. Ensure to confirm the price before starting your trip.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Rotorua city center and head toward Fenton Street. Continue on Fenton Street until you reach the intersection with Lake Road. Turn right onto Lake Road and cycle towards Ngongotaha. Once you reach the Ngongotaha Village, turn left onto Amoore Road. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Off Road NZ at 193 Amoore Road. The total distance is approximately 10 kilometers.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk from the city center, head north on Tutanekai Street until you reach the intersection with Fenton Street. Turn right onto Fenton Street and follow it all the way to Lake Road. From there, turn left onto Lake Road and continue walking towards Ngongotaha. Once you reach Ngongotaha Village, turn left onto Amoore Road. Walk straight for another 15 minutes, and you will find Off Road NZ at 193 Amoore Road. This route is roughly 10 km and will take you about 2 hours to walk.
