We really had a great time with this tour. Every thing were so well organized. Our wonderful tour guides Dave ( or Andrew ?? so sorry we forgot), Michelle and Dallas were doing great job of keeping us entertained and well informed. Special thanks for all teams including the hobbiton teams who helped us celebrate birthday surprised to my cousin.Super appreciate it!. We recommend everyone to join this tour. Amazing experience!
Me and my husband went and we got to learn tons of interesting and amazing things about Rotorua and the sites we saw but also about New Zealand's early history, we loved knowing what our beloved Kiwis are called that name. It was wonderful to spend time at the spa, one of the most beautiful spa's we have ever visited. The view is just stunning. Our guide David was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He actually ran to us to give us umbrellas when some mild rain started to fall. He also showed us a place visited more by locals than turists and it was wonderful. This is a must do activitie!

Polynesian Spa Rotorua: Family Hot Pools and Freshwater Pool
Heavenly relaxation.
Wonderful place to relax after a busy day sightseeing and the children could play safely . The place was clean and had family changing room. The gift shop had lots of lovely items as well as being able to purchase swimsuits if you forgot yours! Previously have done the private pool looking across the lake which was wonderful, recommend that if you are a couple and want a nice peaceful relaxing hot pool
