Walking
If you are starting from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre at 1167 Fenton Street, head south on Fenton Street toward Victoria Street. After about 600 meters, turn left onto Victoria Street and continue walking until you reach the large roundabout. Take the second exit onto Pukuatua Street, and then continue straight. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Hinemoa Street. The Polynesian Spa will be on your right at 1000 Hinemoa Street, just past the lakefront.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Fenton Street. Catch the number 1 or 2 bus towards the city center. Get off at the stop near the Rotorua Lakefront (Stop ID: 6). From there, walk along the lakefront toward Hinemoa Street. The Polynesian Spa is located at 1000 Hinemoa Street, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Bike Rental
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops located near the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre. Once you have your bike, head towards Fenton Street and continue as if you were walking. After about 2 kilometers, take a right onto Hinemoa Street, and you will see the Polynesian Spa located at 1000 Hinemoa Street. There are bike racks available at the spa for you to secure your rental.
