Getting There

    If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Invercargill city center. Head west on Tay Street toward the Southern Scenic Route (State Highway 1). Follow the Southern Scenic Route for approximately 10 kilometers. Take the exit for State Highway 6 toward Queenstown/Te Anau, continuing for another 6 kilometers. Look for Bryson Road on your left (it will be signposted). Turn left onto Bryson Road and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Bushy Point, which is located at the end of the road. Parking is available on-site.

    To reach Bushy Point using public transportation, catch a bus from the Invercargill central bus station heading towards Otatara. Ensure to check the latest bus schedule, as services may vary.
