From Managua, take the Pan-American Highway south towards Rivas. Once you reach Rivas, continue on the highway towards San Juan del Sur. From San Juan del Sur, follow signs towards Playa Maderas. Waterfall Moon is located approximately 6 kilometers inland from Playa Maderas. You will need to park your car and hike a short distance to reach the waterfall.
