If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chontales Hills. Head southeast on the main road, following the signs towards Juigalpa. After approximately 30 minutes, you will enter Juigalpa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection near the local market. Turn right onto C. del Zoologico. The Thomas Belt Zoo will be located at 3JXQ+WPW, C. del Zoologico, Juigalpa, on your left. Make sure to check the zoo's hours before visiting, as it typically opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 5:30 PM.

To reach Thomas Belt Zoo using public transportation, find the local bus terminal in Chontales Hills. Look for buses heading to Juigalpa; these are frequent and should depart every 30 minutes. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes, costing around 20 Cordobas (approximately $0.60). Once you arrive in Juigalpa, disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk. If walking, head southeast towards C. del Zoologico; it should take approximately 20 minutes on foot. The zoo will be on your left at 3JXQ+WPW, C. del Zoologico.
