From Segovias, head southeast on the main road towards the town of San Fernando. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. After passing San Fernando, follow the signs directing you toward the Reserva Natural Bosawás. The final stretch will require you to take a dirt road. Be cautious as this road may not be well-maintained, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. The GPS coordinates for the reserve are approximately 14.061988, -85.220947.

Public Transportation
Start at the main bus terminal in Segovias. Look for a bus heading to San Fernando, which typically departs every hour. The fare is usually around 30 Nicaraguan Córdobas. After getting off in San Fernando, you will need to find a local taxi or a motorcycle taxi to take you the remaining distance to Reserva Natural Bosawás. This part may cost around 100-150 Córdobas.
