Turn right onto Rue de la Poudrière and keep walking for about 500 meters. Plaque Moscou, located at G58C+R5, will be on your left side. Look for a scenic spot where you can enjoy the view.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Quartier Plateau 3. Start by cycling towards Avenue Moussa Tavele, then turn right onto Rue de la Poudrière. Pedal straight for approximately 500 meters until you see Plaque Moscou on your left. Ensure you have a helmet and follow local biking rules for safety.
Motorcycle Taxi (Zémidjan)
To reach Plaque Moscou quickly, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as Zémidjan). Simply flag one down in Quartier Plateau 3 and tell the driver you want to go to G58C+R5 in Poudrière.
