Walking
If you're starting from the heart of Abeokuta, head south towards the main road, Aregbesola Street. Walk down Aregbesola Street until you reach the junction with Ibara Housing Estate Road. Turn left onto Ibara Housing Estate Road and continue walking straight. After approximately 500 meters, you will see the Laderin Recreation & Event Centre on your right at 48GW+8F7, Ibara Housing Estate Rd. Look for the sign indicating the venue.
Bicycle
Starting from the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, head east towards the main entrance. From there, ride south on Aregbesola Street until you reach the intersection with Ibara Housing Estate Road. Turn left onto Ibara Housing Estate Road. Continue riding for about 500 meters, and Laderin Recreation & Event Centre will be on your right. Make sure to watch for pedestrians and local traffic as you approach.
Public Transport (Motorcycle Taxi)
Locate a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'okada') in Abeokuta. Inform the rider that you want to go to Laderin Recreation & Event Centre, Ibara Housing Estate Road. The rider will take the most efficient route. Expect a short ride, approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you confirm the drop-off point at the venue when you arrive.
Public Transport (Bus)
Take a bus headed towards Ibara Housing Estate from any central bus station in Abeokuta. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Ibara Housing Estate junction. Once you disembark, walk along Ibara Housing Estate Road for about 500 meters. The Laderin Recreation & Event Centre will be on your right. It's advisable to ask locals for directions if you're unsure.
