Board a bus that goes to the Garki area and ask the conductor to notify you when you reach Mohammadu Buhari Way. Disembark at the nearest stop to Mohammadu Buhari Way and walk towards the Old Parade Ground, which will be a short walk away. Follow Mohammadu Buhari Way south, and you will see the entrance to the Old Parade Ground on your right.
