Walking
If you are in the central area of Calabar, start at the Calabar Marina. Head northeast along Marina Road towards the intersection with Edgerly Street. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Edgerly Street and continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street. From there, turn right onto Marian Road. Continue walking along Marian Road for approximately 2 kilometers. Lion Park will be on your left side at Efut Abua, just after passing the Efut Abua Local Government Area office.

If you prefer cycling, start from the Calabar Cultural Centre. Head southeast on Cultural Centre Road, and take a left onto Mary Slessor Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Calabar Road. Follow Calabar Road until you see the sign for Marian Road on your right. Turn onto Marian Road and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. Lion Park will be on your left side in Efut Abua.
