From Gashaka Gumti National Park, head northwest towards the town of Serti. Follow the main road until you reach the junction to take the A2 highway. Continue on the A2 for approximately 150 kilometers until you reach the town of Ugbo. Okomu National Park is located just outside Ugbo at coordinates 6.2537664, 5.2684437. Look for signage indicating the park entrance.

To reach Okomu National Park from Gashaka Gumti National Park using public transport, you will need to first travel to Serti. Look for shared taxis or minibuses heading to Serti. From there, take a bus or taxi on the A2 highway towards Ugbo. Ensure to inform the driver that you are heading to Okomu National Park. The fare for the taxi or bus should be around 1,500 NGN to 2,500 NGN, depending on the distance and the type of vehicle.
