Walking from Ibadan city center
Start at the popular Dugbe Market in the city center. From the market, head south on Aleshinloye Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Adamasingba Road. Turn left onto Adamasingba Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the large sign indicating Lekan Salami Stadium on your right as you approach, which is located at 9VWP+G92, Adamasingba Road. The stadium is visible from the road, making it easy to find.
Public Transport (Bus/Okada)
From any location in central Ibadan, find a local bus or okada (motorcycle taxi) heading towards Adamasingba. If taking a bus, ask the conductor to drop you off at the Adamasingba junction. Once you get off, walk down Adamasingba Road for about 5 minutes; the stadium will be on your left. If you opt for an okada, simply tell the rider to take you to Lekan Salami Stadium, and they will take you directly there.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the University of Ibadan. Exit the university and head south toward the main road. Turn left onto Orita Challenge Road and continue straight until you reach Adamasingba Road. Turn right onto Adamasingba Road and cycle straight for about 2 kilometers. You will see Lekan Salami Stadium on your right-hand side. Be cautious of traffic and always wear a helmet.
