Walking
Start from the Jos Main Market, which is a central and well-known location in Jos. From the main entrance of the market, head southwest towards Ahmadu Bello Way. Keep walking straight until you reach the roundabout at Tunde Idiagbon Street. Take a right turn onto Tunde Idiagbon Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Museum Street. Turn left onto Museum Street. Continue on Museum Street for about 500 meters and you will see the Jos Museum and Zoo on your left at 1 Museum St.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near Jos Main Market. Begin your journey from the market and head southwest towards Ahmadu Bello Way. Continue straight to the roundabout at Tunde Idiagbon Street. Take a right turn onto Tunde Idiagbon Street. Cycle straight until you reach the intersection with Museum Street. Turn left onto Museum Street and continue cycling for about 500 meters. The Jos Museum and Zoo will be on your left at 1 Museum St.
Public Transport (Okada)
Find a motorcycle taxi (Okada) at the nearest junction or along the roadside. Inform the rider that you want to go to Jos Museum and Zoo. The rider will know the way. They will likely take you via Ahmadu Bello Way and Tunde Idiagbon Street. You will be dropped off directly at the entrance of the museum, which is located at 1 Museum St. Ensure that you confirm the location with the rider before departing.
